Kapili Roofing Gives Back: Makaha Country Club

Kapili Roofing continues its season of giving by donating an automatic external defibrillator (AED) to Makaha Country Club. This year marks our 15th year in business, and we’re delighted to strengthen our community partnerships by making life-saving equipment more accessible.

When it comes to giving back, we believe that businesses have a responsibility to do more than simply turn a profit. We're using our business's success to give back to others in need, and we hope to inspire other businesses to do the same.

There are so many ways to give back, and we've been exploring different options to find the best way for us to make an impact. This year, we’ve chosen to donate 15 automatic external defibrillators, one for every year we’ve been in business. This is a cause that is very close to our hearts, and we hope that our customers will help us to spread the word about each AED’s location to help those in a moment of need.

Why We Chose Makaha Country Club

We aim to donate at least one AED to as many communities as possible so that life-saving equipment will be within reach of more people.

When it comes to donating AEDs, we included several clubs like Makaha Country Club on our list. For starters, this club serves a large number of residents, staff, and visitors each and every day. We want to place AEDs where they’re likely to be needed most, and we feel we can truly make a difference in the lives of the people here.

We always want to show our support for the community. This club is an important part of the fabric of this town and we want to do our part to build stronger community connections.
